SOL Mental Health in Frederick, MD is seeking therapists-in-training for an outpatient clinical role with built‑in supervision to support licensure. Start date anticipated in 2027, with a guaranteed compensation and incentive structure to drive clinical hours.

Salary ranges from $47,500 to $86,000+ (guaranteed base plus incentives) with strong benefits including 401(k) match, CEU budget, PTO, holidays, disability coverage and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Pre‑Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)
• Strong communicationskills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
