Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy at our DC location, with built-in clinical supervision to support licensure on day one. You will work with a diverse client population, using evidence-based approaches and collaborating with a supportive team.

The role offers anticipated start date in 2027, a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, CEU budget, admin support, PTO and paid holidays, and office space in DC. Growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in DC (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communicationskills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.
