Anticipated Start Date: 2027. Compensation includes $50,000–$65,000+ with a guarantee and incentives, 401(k) with match, annual CEU budget, PTO plus holidays, insurance, EAP, and office space at our Cherry Creek location.

Qualifications

• Pre-independently licensed in Colorado, working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW or LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.
