Job summary

SOL Mental Health is hiring therapists to provide outpatient therapy in our Westminster, CO location. You will receive built-in supervision and support on the path to full licensure, with a focus on evidence-based approaches and collaborative care.

You’ll join a team dedicated to growth, with an emphasis on learning across diverse clinical cases and ongoing professional development opportunities. Anticipated start date is 2027.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in Colorado (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
