Job summary

Clearview Outpatient LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Therapist II in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related fields and a provisional CA license, with at least 2 years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional clinical license in good standing in California.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, logs and discharge plans per guidelines.
• Coordinates care with clinical partners, admissions and families as appropriate.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation reflecting client progress.
