SOL Mental Health is seeking a therapist to provide outpatient services from our Ballston location in Arlington, VA. The role includes supervision designed to support licensure, a collaborative team, and a built-in structure for professional growth while you see diverse client cases in a hybrid work setting.

You’ll work toward independent licensure, with strong mentorship and a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and incentives.

• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills.
