Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a clinician in Washington, DC for direct patient care in a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, with a focus on crisis support and thorough documentation.

The role includes a guaranteed salary with incentives and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive practice across a downtown DC office.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in D.C. (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring
