Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling is seeking an Associate Therapist in California to provide direct client care for a diverse caseload, including children and families. The role requires CA AMFT/ASW/APCC registration and a commitment to supervision, documentation, and collaborative practice.

This 31-hour workweek is onsite four days with a clinician-led team, supportive intake and billing staff, and ample supervision opportunities. Base pay ranges with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CA BBS registration as AMFT, ASW, or APCC.
• Invested interest in providing direct care.
• Able to complete concurrent documentation.
• Willing to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan.
• Review and sign treatment notes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor & Regional Practice Director.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality client care.
• Follow established clinical protocols and procedures at all times.
• Represent the practice professionally at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
