FindYourBalance, Center for Growth & Change is seeking licensed clinicians for a part-time role with the potential to transition into full-time. The position offers remote or hybrid options across California and includes weekly supervision toward licensure, ongoing referrals, administrative support, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Build toward and maintain an average caseload of 20 completed clinical sessions per week (40 sessions per pay period).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 available appointment openings each week to support referrals and continuity of care.
• Provide a consistent weekly schedule that supports ongoing treatment.
• Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours.
• Communicate proactively regarding schedule changes, availability, and planned time off.
• Engage fully in supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.
