Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change is seeking a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) to join our practice in a 100% remote or hybrid role. Schedule is part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time, and compensation is $57–67 per hour as a W-2 employee.

We provide infrastructure, referrals, administrative support, and a collaborative environment to allow you to focus on delivering exceptional client care while maintaining autonomy.

• Ability to work independently with clinical autonomy.
• W-2 employment with remote or hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care as a licensed clinician with autonomy.
• Maintain caseload and meet scheduling expectations as described.
• Collaborate with team while leveraging infrastructure, referrals, and admin support.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of each session.

Caseload & Accountability Expectations

At Find Your Balance, accountability supports both clinician success and quality client care.

Licensed clinicians are expected to:

• Maintain a minimum average caseload of 13 completed clinical sessions per week (26 per pay period)
• Maintain sufficient appointment availability (16-20 client bookings per week) to support referrals, client continuity, and scheduling needs
• Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate proactively regarding schedule changes, availability, and planned time off
• Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and timely communication with clients and colleagues
• Participate in consultation and organizational communication as appropriate

Part‑Time Benefits

All part‑time clinicians receive:
