New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established mental health practice serving Valencia, Torrance, and Westlake Village. We seek an Associate Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure, with a commitment to growth within the practice. Hybrid work setup offers in-person and remote options.

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 25 active clients, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

Rates

Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour

Work Set-up
