Ideal candidates are pre-independently licensed in Maryland and possess strong communication skills. The compensation package ranges from $47,500 to $86,000+ with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and a yearly CEU budget.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in Maryland, working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care, including internship counts.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
