Job Description & Qualifications

1. Build and install optical modules in a laser.
2. Align optical modules in a laser.
3. Ensure specifications are met during laser alignment.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laser alignments.
5. Follow procedures and checklists during the building and aligning process.
6. Work inside a class 100 cleanroom environment.
7. Perform daily tasks with minimal instruction and adapt to new assignments with general guidance.
8. May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Digital Multimeter equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency with fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches, and calipers.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and seek continuous improvement.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
