Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support sales efforts, develop strong customer relationships, and provide technical expertise to dental professionals. You will staff educational courses and tradeshows while advancing sales targets across your territory.

You will identify new business opportunities, present product demonstrations, and educate clinicians on implant products. Travel within the territory and collaboration with marketing and training teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts and territory.
• Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products.
• Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures.
• Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system.
• Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departments.
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

• B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required
