Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and reporting/dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end vendor management activities for Public Cloud partners, including contract governance, risk reviews, cost tracking, and reporting.
Support ongoing relationship management of key vendor partners, including responsibility for Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM).
Support Quarterly Business Reviews with key partnerships.
Prepare presentations, status updates, and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
Collaborate across technology and business teams to support operational efficiency, process improvements, and vendor-related initiatives.
Engage with internal and external partners to understand industry trends and create points of view on competitive pricing, delivery locations, and emerging opportunities and risks.

Program management experience to build strategic roadmaps and facilitate delivery transformation (preferred).
Contract administration, vendor governance, or third-party risk management experience (preferred).
Ability to thrive in a hybrid office (3x a week) work setting (preferred).
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools (preferred).
Cloud certification(s) or course material (preferred).
