How you will make history here…
The Associate Technologist in the Forensics Lab is responsible for the analysis of exhibits and samples submitted as part of the Consumer Affairs consumer response program. The Associate Technologist is responsible for the laboratory work area, instrumentation and equipment needed to perform testing as assigned. Additional responsibilities include participating in confidential communication with in-house legal counsel as well as outside agencies (GMA, FDA, USDA, etc.). This role is also responsible for examination of both product and container issues utilizing the appropriate instrumentation and counsel of the appropriate SMEs. The Associate Technologist is an integral member of the Food Safety team and is responsible for contributing to the overall success and improvement activities needed to meet strategic objectives of the Quality organization which includes providing technical support to manufacturing plants and laboratories as required.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$67,700-$97,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
