Insight is hiring an Associate Technician for our fully onsite Hanover Park, IL office. You will deploy images and customize software per work instructions while identifying and resolving hardware issues and performing quality control inspections.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PCs, messaging and server software applications experience required; LAN/WAN and basic scripting a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and vendor diagnostics for imaging.

This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office.

Associate Technician W2 Profile

• Deploy images and customize software based on provided work instructions.
• Identifyand troubleshoot system hardware problems.
• Perform Quality Control inspections.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PC’s,messagingand server software applications experiencerequired. LAN/WAN, and ability to automate tasks using basic scriptingtechniquesa plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, vendor diagnostics, imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience, which needs to include laptops anddesktopfor Tier One vendors.
