Job Description: If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Cranberry Township, PA location, you will be part of the Educational Services department which teaches Ovation distributed control system (DCS) product to our customers in the Power Generation and Water/Wastewater Treatment industries. This is an excellent opportunity to learn our product which requires installing Microsoft® Windows® based software and Ovation software on Dell workstations, creating a fast‑Ethernet network with Cisco switches and routers, and adding our Ovation Controllers. This position teaches customers how to use our software and hardware applications.
You effectively communicate in various settings: one‑on‑one, small, and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You seek feedback from more than one source and analyze areas needing improvement. You build strong customer relationships.
