Job Description: Associate Technical Project Manager (ATPM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager (APM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, manage a team of developers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role is critical in driving project execution, managing resources, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Oversee task allocation, performance evaluation, and career development. Encourage collaboration and teamwork within the development team.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Identify and proactively resolve technical challenges and roadblocks. Implement effective solutions to improve project efficiency and performance.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards. Maintain high-quality coding standards and ensure scalable solutions.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and continuous learning within the team.
  • Project Planning and Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, estimate timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing development teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
