Job summary

srcLogic is seeking entry-level consultants for a 10-week training program to develop Pegasystems skills and client-facing capabilities. You will learn Pega platform development, Agile methodologies, and progress toward certification as a Pega Certified System Architect before joining a project team.

You will analyze client objectives, design solutions within deadlines, troubleshoot, and collaborate with teammates through sprint cycles, gaining hands-on experience on real projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or related field
  • 0-2 years’ consulting or software development experience
  • Familiar with web development concepts and languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • U.S. citizenship due to government contracts

Picture Yourself at srcLogic:

As a new hire at srcLogic, you will take part in a 10-week comprehensive training program that focuses on developing your technical abilities and preparing you to become an essential member on one of our project teams. During our training program you will learn Pega Platform application development, Agile project methodology, and client-facing skills such as product demonstrations. You will complete training as a Pega Certified System Architect and transition onto a project, where you will work closely with the client to build a solution to meet their business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree; engineering and technical backgrounds are a plus
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a related consulting or software development position
  • Familiarity with web application development, databases, operating systems, and programming concepts/languages (JavaScript, CSS and HTML are a plus)
  • US citizenship due to contracts with US federal government
