Job summary

srcLogic is seeking a Senior Pega Consultant to design, develop and deploy Pega applications within an Agile team. You will lead client engagements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and mentor junior consultants.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery on time. A strong background in Pega, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SSA/LSA credentials will help you drive client success in a US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of software development with the Pega Platform.
• Pega SSA certification; LSA certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other programming languages.
• Agile/Scrum experience; strong consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings that support Agile development.
• Analyze and understand client objectives and requirements.
• Design client solutions using the Pega Platform within deadlines.
• Troubleshoot, debug and demo applications.
• Gather and evaluate client feedback; drive improvements.
• Manage and collaborate with development team throughout sprints.
