Morningstar is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of technology projects within Corporate Systems and Employee Experience. Based in Chicago, this role offers in-office work four days a week and a hands-on path to grow under senior PMs and program leads.

You will document and track project information, assist with schedules, manage deliverables, and help stakeholders communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in project coordination, PM, business analysis, or related tech roles.
• Process mindset and strong teamwork skills.
• Collaborative, service-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

• Document and track project information, including objectives, risks, milestones and deliverables.
• Build and maintain milestone/task schedules and dependencies.
• Support delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with a matrixed team and communicate with stakeholders.
