Bright Horizons in Cranberry Township, PA is hiring an Associate Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role may be full-time or part-time and includes hands-on activities, regular parent communication, and maintaining a safe, clean classroom per Bright Horizons policies.

Applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED; two years of child care experience is preferred. Preference given to CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
