Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring Associate Teachers to support toddlers and preschoolers at Penn State Behrend.

Full-time and part-time roles available; in-person classroom responsibilities include guiding activities, delivering curriculum, and ensuring safety. Candidates must meet state background check requirements, have 18+ with HS diploma or GED, and ideally CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education.

Formación

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
