Bright Horizons is hiring an Associate Teacher to join our Bethlehem, Easton, or Center Valley PA centers. Full-time and part-time positions available for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will support curriculum delivery, supervision, and daily activities in a caring environment.

Qualified candidates may have a CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education, and must pass background checks. This role offers growth opportunities and access to Bright Horizons’ college degree programs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
