• Demonstrated transaction execution experience, including deal structuring, underwriting, due diligence, and closing.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and investment evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of renewable energy tax credit structures and tax-advantaged investment strategies preferred.
• Experience managing complex transactions and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate investment recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and executing investments across renewable energy, affordable housing, and other tax-advantaged investment strategies.
