Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX seeks an Associate Integration / Test Engineer to support SIL integration and JAMMS Ground System testing. You will coordinate with project engineering and management, load software, and troubleshoot equipment in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site, 9/80 schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Able to identify and mitigate defects and risks.
• Able to multi-task on several system projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of software and hardware interdependencies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including off-shift or weekend work and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and recover mission system software loads for SIL integration and testing.
• Interface with supervisor, customer, Project Engineering, and Program Management to determine SIL support needs and schedules.
• Start up JAMMS Ground System SIL equipment and load MRL released software.
• Monitor delivery schedules and test activities; provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment.
• Assist in planning SIL upgrades to new wiring and configurations.
• Work with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets.
