Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ is seeking an Associate, Integration & Test Engineer to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems, coordinating integration from component to system level.

You will develop test plans, procedures, and reports, execute functional testing, perform scripting, and support root cause analysis, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree or have completed it within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes.
• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design.
• Execute system, CCA and component-level functional testing and document results.
• Use software tools and perform scripting and troubleshooting.
• Setup, configure, and document hardware and software under test.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide technical consultation to internal organizations or customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
