Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Littleton, CO seeks a Systems Engineering Associate Manager to lead GPS IIIF SW&DI. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver software and data integration for GPS programs.

The role requires technical leadership, experience in planning, cost/schedule management, and the ability to guide transitions from development to production in a classified environment. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Active or Current Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret; US citizenship required.
• Experience in a leadership role (technical lead, project lead, etc.).
• Experience planning and coordinating engineering development in a team environment.
• Comfortable communicating in diverse forums including team leads and reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse set of engineers producing database and FSW integration products.
• Drive development and release plans meeting schedule and technical needs.
• Manage cost constraints within an FFP contract environment.
• Oversee a multi‑node classified network and related documentation.
