Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space seeks a Software Engineering Associate Manager to lead Lab Operations Support for SBIRS and NGG OPIR FTA teams. You will coordinate daily activities, manage staffing, and ensure lab configurations meet program requirements.

As a Level 4 Associate Manager, you will guide software and hardware integration efforts, develop test documentation, and participate in technical reviews to drive on-time delivery of complex space systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/education.
• Background in test and verification, including experience with functional test assembly and integration.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Hands-On Hardware and/or software integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage lab operations across SBIRS and NGG OPIR FTAs, coordinating daily/weekly activities.
• Coordinate lab staffing, scheduling, and configuration control to align with program needs.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support periodic off-shifts/weekend coverage to meet program requirements.
