Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of satellite systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing.
• Experience with space system and DoD program reviews (SRR, SDR, SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, PCA).
• Experience using Confluence or Jira for collaboration.
• Experience analyzing IMS and EVM data.
• Experience with spacecraft-level testing (TVAC, acoustic, EMI/EMC).
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to Government and contractor teams.
• Highly motivated with a DoD mission-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering activities across spacecraft development and testing lifecycle.
• Evaluate design, development, and integration of spacecraft subsystems.
• Assess system performance, interfaces, and risks to objectives.
• Support major space system and DoD program reviews and documentation.
• Review engineering data to support Government decisions.
• Evaluate integration and test planning and performance testing.
• Analyze IMS and EVM data to gauge progress and risks.
• Collaborate with Government customers and contractor teams on issues.
• Communicate engineering findings and recommendations to sustain mission readiness.
