• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in performance tuning, issue troubleshooting, and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across engineering domains including datacenter design, networks, storage, and cloud-based solutions.
• Assist in automated testing processes, standards, and tools to ensure smooth operation of the firm’s infrastructure.
• Apply data mining and machine learning techniques to identify and react to problems in the infrastructure and platforms.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues by documenting repetitive error resolutions and minimizing operational errors.
• Assist in monitoring reports to track and manage application health and support service performance.
• Monitor risk in the production environment and change management processes.
• Improve stability and performance by automating failures using machine learning and trend analysis.
• Review production incidents and communicate with users, owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop sustainable systems through automation, performance tuning, and database queries.
• Assist with business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning.
