Job summary

You will assist in automated testing, ML-driven anomaly detection, and proactive issue resolution while coordinating with vendors, application owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in performance tuning, debugging, log analysis.
• Experience with UNIX, Shell scripting or Python.
• Experience with SDLC, requirements to deployment and support.
• DB2 or Sybase ASE database experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across engineering domains, including datacenter design, networks, storage, and databases.
• Contribute to design and development of the firm's computer and data infrastructure with cloud-based solutions.
• Assist in creating automated testing processes, standards, and tools for operations.
• Apply data mining and ML techniques to identify issues and trends in infrastructure.
• Review production incidents and communicate with stakeholders to improve stability.
