Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering organization. This role supports research, requirements, modeling, interfaces, and analysis within an IPT to drive new program requirements and future technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate Systems Engineer 1 requires a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Systems Engineer 2 requires Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree in STEM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret or higher clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements development, allocation, verification/validation planning and manage interface definition efforts.
• Write complex specifications, interface control documents, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with program, functional and subsystem leads to ensure alignment.
• Maintain Systems Engineering artifacts following configuration management procedures.
• Synthesize stakeholder inputs and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
