Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain, and support hardware platforms and operating systems.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance and availability issues.
• Develop documentation, standards, and procedures for distribution center IT systems.
• Support SDLC processes and project activity within IT across teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and hands-on support for distribution and transportation systems.
