Job description

At Torani, we’re on an exciting journey toward the $1 Billion vision - and we’re looking for passionate team members to join us! As a hands‑on leader, our Warehouse Associate Supervisor is actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, leading a dedicated team responsible for key functions. You excel at problem‑solving, whether it’s streamlining processes, maximizing equipment efficiency, or coordinating your team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. With a strong sense of ownership, you’re committed to delivering the right products to our customers, exactly when they need them.

With a sharp focus on warehouse department goals, you proactively structure and guide the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly workflow to drive efficiency and accuracy. With your leadership the team keeps operations running smoothly and you are there to swiftly triage challenges when they arise. Beyond the day‑to‑day, you support both short‑term improvements and long‑term projects, ensuring continuous growth and operational excellence.

At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks – we flavor lives. We’re a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You’ll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive.

Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)
  • Leadership: You’ve taken responsibility for guiding, developing, and empowering your warehouse team. You are uniquely invested in each team member’s success and development, using tools like contribution management, skill blocks, along with your authentic style when providing daily coaching. Schedules and productivity are closely monitored, and your regular maintenance and accuracy in timekeeping records and policy administration ensure team members are paid accurately and clearly understand their daily goals.
  • Operational Expert: By using your in‑depth knowledge of warehouse operations and safety, you are an expert in every function within the warehouse and can jump in and support where needed. As order volume and complexity shift, you seamlessly adapt. You wave the daily activities through WMS and know where to utilize your team to get the best results for the business. You provide valuable partnership and insights for both the creation of Torani Operation Procedures (TOPs) when needed and ensuring compliance with the current TOPs. You know that the best way to manage costs and keep customers happy is to do it right the first time. Verification processes and first‑time quality are your mantras.
  • Connected Communicator: You build strong relationships with your team, fellow supervisors, and cross‑functional partners, becoming a trusted and reliable resource across warehouse operations. Your clear and timely communication keeps everyone informed, aligned, and focused on daily priorities. Your effective communication skills enable seamless collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, and transportation teams, and you ensure smooth shift‑to‑shift transitions to maintain operational success.
  • All Systems Go: You are comfortable working within Oracle, WMS, ADP, and Microsoft Office. All members of the team are thoroughly trained on warehouse systems and equipment, and your approachable style ensures questions are raised when team members need guidance. You are proficient in resolving first‑level technological and systems issues and know how to troubleshoot before you elevate to IT. You are always scanning for opportunities to improve and elevate warehouse workflows and making these recommendations.
  • Safety First: Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents is the standard you hold the team to. You look at work through a lens of safety and care about the safety of all your fellow team members. You proactively report on safety concerns in KPI meetings and drive your team’s success in making sure that food safety and personal safety remain top of mind. You address and elevate safety concerns for resolution.
