Job summary

Torani, Inc. in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member - Syrup, 2nd Shift to join our busy production floor.

You will assist with bottling, capping, labeling, packing and palletizing while learning the ins and outs of our syrup operation and quality standards. Safety comes first and teamwork is essential as you operate with accuracy on a fast-paced line that handles thousands of cases daily.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/technical experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with food safety practices.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to work M-F, 2nd Shift: 1:01PM - 9:30PM.
• Overtime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, capping, labeling, packing equipment.
• Assist with palletizing and daily production tasks.
• Learn and follow manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality checks on lines.
• Support ~6000 cases per day target.

Manufacturing Team Member - Syrup, 2nd Shift

This warm and engaging team member will be an integral part of our manufacturing team. You might not be an expert in operating heavy machinery yet, but you are ready to learn the ins-and-outs of our operation! With a growing business, our manufacturing team members work in a team environment producing our flavorful products for customers worldwide! Activities such as bottling, capping, labeling, packing, and palletizing will be part of daily work. Minimum Qualifications:

• Manufacturing and/or technical experience (preferred but not required)
• At least 2 years work experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
• Experience with food safety practices
• Experience working in a team environment
• Ability to work M-F, 2nd Shift: 1:01PM - 9:30PM
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed
