Broad River Retail is looking for an Associate Supervisor of DC Operations in Fort Mill, SC to oversee receiving, storage, and shipping across distribution centers. The role ensures inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with logistics partners, and monitor labor planning to optimize DC performance. This position offers contract-to-hire potential and benefits post-conversion.

AT A GLANCE:

Broad River Retail is currently seeking an Associate Supervisor of DC Operations to join our Operations team. Theposition is responsiblefor supervising and coordinating the activities of the company's distribution centers. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, as well as managing inventory accuracy and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:

• Planning and coordinating distribution activities with upper management, logistics partners, and transportation companies to effectively plan labor across departments
• Managing inventory to ensure that products are available when scheduled for customer delivery
• Tracking shipment progress through WMS software or other tools
• Answering interdepartmental questions or addressing concerns related to customer orders or shipments
• All other duties as assigned

• Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with their team and other leaders within the facility to effectively supervise the distribution center

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch on concrete flooring
• Must be able to routinely lift or move objects up to 75 pounds alone and team lift objects over 75 pounds
• Working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday
