As an Associate Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT and Telecom categories. Your duties include managing supplier relationships, conducting sourcing events, enforcing compliance, and identifying cost savings opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Perform sourcing activities for IT and Telecom, including establishing supplier relationships, spend analysis, market analysis, and developing sourcing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop standards and policies.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, reverse auctions, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage contract review and execution processes in collaboration with stakeholders and legal counsel.
• Calculate and report on negotiated savings.
• Develop and implement communication and compliance plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Management, Operations/Purchasing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing or purchasing experience.
• CPSM/CPSD/CPM certifications or equivalent (desirable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Ability to work independently.
• Occasional travel (10-15%).
