Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of 5+ years
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, specializing in ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM, and Webservices
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
• Proficiency in scripting within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and AngularJS
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with external platforms
• Knowledge of ITOM practices and CMDB configurations
• Strong grasp of ITIL principles
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and conducting component integration tests
• Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, AngularJS)
• Effective communication skills with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and describe software features and designs
• Mentoring team members to meet client needs and ensuring high standards of delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thorough understanding of functional requirements and client needs analysis
• Designing overall solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks
• Defining and implementing design methodologies and tools
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts
• Creating and validating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimates, with justification
• Addressing issues promptly and maintaining a mindset of continuous improvement
• Providing constructive feedback and setting clear expectations for team members
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
• Proposing solutions during code/design reviews and justifying decisions
• Carrying out Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices
