Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience of 10+ years
  • Extensive experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, specializing in ITSM Module, Service Portal, ServiceNow ITAM
  • Experience with other modules such as HAM Pro, SAM Pro, GRC, SPM, HRSD, and knowledge of ITIL
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Deep understanding of business needs and designing processes to meet those needs
  • Ability to develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests
  • Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow using scripting languages (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
  • Ability to explore and quickly grasp new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate and drive technology solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Effective in managing partnerships across all organizational levels, with strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in mentoring team members and helping them stay updated with new technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing high-quality configuration code
  • Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into elegant technical designs
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and communicating them effectively to developers
  • Identifying and evaluating different solutions to select the best option for client needs
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project execution
  • Creating and reviewing design documents detailing architecture, framework, and high-level application design for developers
  • Reviewing architecture and design for aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Developing comprehensive solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, including selecting appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks
  • Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios in projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
