Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience of 10+ years
• Strong experience in the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, including Service Portal, ITSM Module, and ServiceNow SPM
• Experience with other modules such as ITOM, ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, GRC, SPM, HRSD, and knowledge of ITIL
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• Understanding of business needs and designing processes accordingly
• Developing technical solutions, implementing them, and conducting component Integration Tests
• Configuring ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, AngularJS)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication skills to support business objectives
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and manage partnerships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Mentoring team members and keeping up with technological advancements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing high-quality configurations
• Understanding client use cases and translating them into technical designs
• Mapping requirements to decisions and communicating with developers
• Identifying and recommending the best solutions for client needs
• Setting guidelines for Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) during projects
• Creating design documents detailing architecture and high-level design for developers
• Reviewing architecture and design for scalability, security, user experience, and best practices
• Designing solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements, including technology selection
• Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios in projects
