Epsilon is seeking a detailed and proactive accounting professional to support the month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting processes in Denver. The role collaborates with the Manager of Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely close.

Responsibilities include GL work, reconciliations, and providing documentation for audits. Experience with SAP and Copilot/ChatGPT is a plus; strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 2–5 years accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and back up other accounting positions.
• Willing to collaborate with colleagues across locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end close process.
• Prepare variance analysis of expenses and revenue.
• GL accounting, journal entries, analyze accounts and prepare supporting documentation.
• Understand and analyze variances for client P&L accounts.
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Finance point of contact for client Account team members.
• Respond to internal and external information requests.
• Implement continuous process improvement in the department.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
