Access Data Consulting Corporation in Arizona seeks an accounting professional to support the month-end close by performing general ledger duties, posting journal entries, and analyzing variances with site finance partners.

You will reconcile balances, investigate discrepancies, and identify process improvements while gaining exposure to enterprise ERP systems and BI tooling in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in core financial close activities, general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and variance reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills with a solid understanding of financial controls and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with enterprise software systems (such as SAP), advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Business Objects is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Executing general ledger duties for the month-end close cycle, including preparing and posting key journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
• Collaborating with site-level operational and finance partners to research variances, analyze financial datasets, and communicate key findings to management.
• Performing comprehensive account balance reconciliations, investigating discrepancy items, and executing timely resolutions.
• Evaluating accounting processes and workflow requirements to identify and implement practical process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Assisting with special financial projects, internal audit support, and operational performance tracking as needed.
