Ellsworth Corporation is seeking an Associate Sourcing Specialist at our Germantown, WI facility. The role involves designing and implementing sourcing strategies for assigned goods and ensuring competitive costs and optimal stock levels.

The position is on-site/hybrid with weekly travel to the Germantown facility. You will negotiate terms, manage supplier relationships, support new product introductions, and collaborate with commercial teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
• 1+ years of sourcing or supply chain experience (3+ years for career level) preferred.
• Ability to build strong supplier relationships and understand end-to-end supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Source new materials and suppliers.
• Assist with RFPs for assigned categories.
• Negotiate costs, terms, and conditions for products.
• Partner with suppliers, product managers, and sales on new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with supplier contacts to resolve issues and expedite processes.
• Coordinate with Planning Team to adjust inventory for optimal availability.

It is also responsible for cost saving measures as well as supplier management, selection, and setup and managing the supply chain for goods and materials to ensure optimal stock levels that adhere to quality and cost standards.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the sourcing of new material and suppliers. Assists with the request for proposal process for assigned categories.
