Job summary

Lands' End Inc. is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to drive product development and sourcing for woven tops, dresses and bottoms. You will partner with Design, Merchants, and suppliers to ensure on-time, quality products while managing timelines, costing, and vendor communication.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong negotiation, and analytics, with a hybrid work arrangement and proximity to the Dodgeville, WI HQ. A denim focus and PLM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sourcing or product development.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, apparel/retail merchandising, business, marketing or related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with denim sourcing and development is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; PLM and business systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of product development with guidance from the Sourcing Manager, serving as a key liaison between Design, Merchants, and suppliers.
• Manage time and action calendars, including negotiating and analyzing vendor lead times to maximize flexibility and speed.
• Analyze and negotiate product costing, cost breakdowns, and minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
• Support sourcing strategy for assigned categories, including identifying opportunities for new suppliers, factories, or markets.
• Assist with counter-sourcing and development initiatives to maintain competitive cost and lead times.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve development and production issues.
• Participate in weekly Omni meetings to surface issues and drive resolution.
• Validate and coordinate liabilities and debit notes with internal partners.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing product testing reports and attending fittings as needed.
