Job summary

Gravitate is hiring an Associate to join our team at the intersection of business, technology, and client engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product delivery, technical implementation, and client support—helping clients translate strategic goals into scalable solutions powered by Gravitate’s software.

You’ll work with experienced mentors, learn the fuel‑industry domain, and collaborate with developers, consultants, and support staff to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with fast-paced, multi-priority environments.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in the fuel supply chain and its participants.
• Learn Gravitate’s technology suite and how it meets participant needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Support implementations through integrations, configurations, and design recommendations.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into implementation plans and technical solutions.
• Manage incoming support requests with timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and process improvement.
