What will you be doing?

Your primary role will be to analyze product implementations and provide technical design recommendations and developing data integrations partnering with functional consultants who translate clients’ strategic goals into actionable project outcomes. As a technical team member, you’ll develop integrations and configurations for client implementations while delivering exceptional customer service. With the support of our development team, you’ll also help evaluate and translate business requirements into integrations and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement client integrations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience building integrations or data pipelines, preferably using Python.
• 2+ years of experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to acquire a deep understanding of business processes and translate them into long‑term technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience communicating technical concepts effectively to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams, providing input while being receptive to others’ ideas, with a focus on delivering high‑quality enterprise solutions.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non‑technical audience (Remember: This is a customer‑facing role!)

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience designing or working with JSON/REST APIs.
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Experience or familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.js.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, CI/CD processes, and Git.
