• Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers and pre-sale Sales Engineers to guide clients through technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares.
• Provide post-sale technical support, clarify REST API payloads, and help clients maximize value of Lightcast solutions.
• Lead kickoff meetings and ongoing technical discussions to ensure clear understanding and adoption of solutions.
• Monitor client health and support renewals and expansion opportunities in collaboration with account teams.
