Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, or customer success roles.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs and cloud data environments.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers for client technical implementation.
• Resolve customer issues and provide post-sale technical support.
• Lead kickoff meetings and ensure effective client adoption of solutions.
• Monitor client health and identify potential risks.
